TDW stores account and journal information only to provide your private experience. Journal content is associated with your authenticated account and protected by database Row Level Security.

Information TDW uses

Account information includes your email address, first name, sign-in provider, and authentication records. Private experience data includes journal answers, notes, prayers, intentions, check-ins, reviews, progress, and choices you save. Technical providers may process essential request, authentication, database, and deployment logs needed to operate and secure TDW.

How it is used

TDW uses this information to authenticate you, save and resume your private experience, show your history, protect the service, and diagnose failures. TDW does not use private journal text for advertising or automatically submit it to an AI service.

Service providers and protection

TDW currently relies on Supabase for authentication and database services and Netlify for website hosting. Your journal answers, notes, prayers, intentions, and reviews are not placed in public URLs, page metadata, approved analytics events, or browser error messages. TDW uses the public Supabase client key only; privileged server credentials do not belong in the browser.

Your choices

You may edit saved entries, download a journey from private history, download your account data from Profile, archive a journey without removing it, or permanently delete a journey and its entries after a clear confirmation. Basic journey history remains available to free accounts.

Account deletion

Self-service account deletion is not yet automated. Until reauthentication and recovery safeguards are approved and implemented, contact the site owner from the email address associated with your account. The owner should verify the request, offer an export where appropriate, and use trusted Supabase tools to remove the account and owner-linked records.

Retention and security

Saved information remains until you delete the relevant journey, request account deletion, or the service applies a documented retention requirement. No online service can promise absolute security. TDW uses access controls, owner-only database policies, and least-privilege browser access to reduce risk.

Support boundary

TDW offers spiritual reflection and journaling support. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency care. This notice should be reviewed for the laws that apply to the site owner and intended users before production launch.
